Questions California hosts ask
What does it cost?
Classic is $50 per person, Premium $60, Luxury $70. Kids 6–12 are half of Classic ($25); ages 5 and under are $5. Every gathering has a $600 minimum.
How do travel fees work?
Chefs leave from Los Angeles. We travel the state. 20 miles is included; beyond that we charge a flat $40. Southern California is the regular week. Other cities are quoted.
When do I pay?
We confirm the date first. Then a $50 deposit holds the chef. The balance is due after the event, or sooner if you want to pay by card.
Do you come to my house?
Yes. Hibachi at Your Home is a service-area business. Chefs travel to homes, backyards, and approved venues. There is no dining room.
